Mornings with toddlers can be busy, and it can be tricky and a little (or very) chaotic balancing getting them, and yourself, up, ready and fed a healthy breakfast. To help make your mornings run a little smoother, we have pulled together some quick and tasty recipe ideas and tips for breakfast time!

Do toddlers need to eat breakfast?

There is a resounding YES to the question of whether breakfast is important for children from nutrition experts. It is widely believed that children need breakfast to give them the nutrients and energy they need for focus and physical activity. It’s also been found that breakfast helps kids get all their key nutrients, improving their chance of getting all the nutrients they need throughout the day.

So to help you give your toddlers a good healthy breakfast and get them started for the day, we’ve pulled together simple and easily adaptable recipes, to help make mealtimes fun and kids and stress-free for grown-ups!

Did you know that eggs are highly nutritious? They’re a source of protein, Vitamin D, A, B2 and B12, as well as folate and iodine.
